IRS office reduce debt

Q.The big push by the IRS office is to reduce debt. My question is why not collect debt. that is already owed to us? Same form of reducing debt, just a different way of looking at things... Push your government, or stop paying them...

A.Reduce debt?? Well, that's what's going on in most governments. That's not what's going on in Albany. Our government, which already has the highest debt load of any state wants to plunge us another 3.8 BILLION in debt. Just another failed policy of a totally bankrupt government. It's clearly time for Upstate to divorce from NY and form a new state based on sound economic principles. What about collecting debt from those countries that owe us? We wouldn't have to reduce debt then.
