That's not what's going on in Albany. Our government, which already has the highest debt load of any state wants to plunge us another 3.8 BILLION in debt. Just another failed policy of a totally bankrupt government. It's clearly time for Upstate to divorce from NY and form a new state based on sound economic principles.
