A.That's right.It is possible you will need to change many of your IRS bookmarks to the new locations. (1) Go to the IRS home page at http://www.irs.gov/ then (2) use the search to locate the page you want then (3) change the bookmarks/favorites in your browser. My Opinion: This not the time of the year to redesign their web site. I can only image how long it will now take to find those pages we used frequently. I could not find the IRB. So I used the search at the home page. By the way, they have posted a page regarding the problems they are having with the new EIN/TIN procedure. Take at look at "Employer Identification Number (EIN) - Processing Concerns" page at http://www.irs.ustreas.gov/businesses/display/0,,i1%3D2%26genericId%3... Most of the IRS web pages I frequently use are easy to find from the new site map page. With a little help from a friend, my website has been updated for the new links. There's a small notice on the IRS site that states that every once in awhile the old site will pop up . Naturally, all the new links will fail at that moment in time.
